Rubbish chute

GARBAGE DISPOSAL

There is a garbage chute on each floor level located behind the lift shafts (access via the corridor to the left (north) side of the lifts).

Please contact the Building Manager if you wish to dispose of larger rubbish. Please ensure that you only place objects in the chute which are smaller than the chute door. Do not force larger objects or place folded cardboard into the rubbish chute as it will cause the chute to block.

Please do not fill up bins or rubbish chute with large removal boxes, refrigeration or furniture boxes. All boxes and packaging materials are to be removed from the building by the Removalist Company or resident.

Rubbish Bins

Rubbish Bins are located on the Ground Floor Next to the Garage Door.

Please don't put plastic bags in the recycling bins

Cardboard Bins

The Cardboard bins are also located on the Ground Floor next to the Garage Door.

Please remove packings and flatten your cardboard boxes before putting them in the cardboard bin.
