Hallway Presentation
Door mats and decoration of individual apartment doors are not permitted within the common areas of the building.
CAUTION:
Mats can present a trip hazard for those using the hallways and can be unsightly. Should there be an injury, you would be responsible for the ensuing legal action that could result.
- If you need a mat, please ensure it is placed entirely within your apartment.
- Decoration and bunting around apartment doors is not permitted. This is deemed to be a change to the presentation of the common property.
