Rangehoods

Your kitchen is fitted with a Blanco Rangehood (Model specified in Appendix B) above the cook top. The operating instructions are included with Appendix B of this Manual. The Rangehood is fitted with a "grease and odour filter". To ensure correct operation of the Rangehood:

• The aluminium filter should be cleaned every 10-15 days in hot soapy water or in a dishwasher.
• Check mounting for vibrations monthly.
• Once a year, (more frequently for heavy usage) call a serviceman to clean the fan and air ducts to prevent a build up of flammable fat deposits.
• The Rangehood is an exhaust model and is ducted outside.

Oven

The oven supplied with your apartment is a Blanco under bench electric oven (Model specified in Appendix B). There is an oven-isolation switch located above the cook top.

The operating instructions are included with this Manual. It is recommended that you read the instruction booklet prior to operating the oven and for cleaning recommendations.

Cook Top

The cook top supplied with your apartment is a Blanco cook top with 'wok' burner and flame failure device (Model specified in Appendix B).

The operating instructions are included as an attachment to this Manual. It is recommended that you read the instruction booklet prior to operating the cook top.

Dishwasher (where installed)

The dishwasher, if optioned, supplied with your apartment is specified in Appendix B.
