Moving In / Out Requirements
Lift Booking
For the convenience of all tenants, moving in/out hours are limited as follows:
Monday to Friday: 09.30am - 4.00pm
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays Not Available
When moving in/out you are required to book the lift 48 hours in advance in the app menu under “Lift Booking” and follow the prompts.
Please be aware that a photo ID may be required to hand to the Building Caretaker while the move is occurring. The photo ID will be handed back once the move is completed and the lift is back to its normal operation.
You will be liable for any damage caused to the common property when moving.
Lifts will NOT be available for moving activities outside the stated hours.
Lift covers must be in place and are available on request, at no cost. Protection is to be laid on tiled floor surfaces, and trolleys must be fitted with air tyres.
WARNING: DO NOT TRY TO FORCE AND HOLD LIFT DOORS AS THIS MAY CAUSE THE LIFT TO MALFUNCTION. ANY DAMAGE OR CALL OUT TO THE LIFT COMPANY WILL BE CHARGED TO THE APARTMENT RESPONSIBLE.
